Roadmap
This roadmap separates what has been validated with reproducible evidence from what has been built and is still being proven in the field. Items are not delivery promises; they carry explicit status labels and may evolve based on engineering evidence, security review, and governance decisions.
Validated
- Sovereign EVM-compatible L1 - execution, RPC/WebSocket, txpool and fee model hardened
- Permissioned BFT consensus proven under adversarial conditions, including geo-distributed 72-hour endurance campaigns
- Native emission validated in a reference campaign: fixed cap and halving schedule held under adversity
- Operational foundations: backup/restore, evidence handling, pre-audit freeze discipline
- Internal review tracks closed; external review access package ready under controlled access
Implemented
- Native NUR emission - created only when a contribution is recognised, never pre-minted; fixed cap, halving, per-window budget
- Foundation registry - organization admission, the private key born in the owner's browser, full organization lifecycle
- Curator hub - quorum validation, snapshot anchoring, distribution to the organization's treasury
- Participant wallet (PWA) - per-organization identity held on the participant's device
- Multi-organization pilot on demo NUR, under controlled access
In progress
- Preparation of the pilot's transition from demo NUR - the remaining gate is governance review
- Controlled observability and operator readiness
Planned
- Operator dashboards and alerting on real hosts
- Disaster-recovery validation executed on real hosts
- Third-party external audit and red-team - no production-readiness discussion before it
- Hardware-key / passkey authentication for organization owners
